Connecting technology delivery with service operations
I coordinated requirements validation and delivery activities for Amazon Connect routing changes supporting DentaQuest calls, working with developers, support-desk teams and business leaders. My work also included advisor-access, privacy, testing and change-adoption considerations for the Canadian Dental Care Plan, alongside Scrum Master responsibilities in the AI platform area.

I enjoy making a complicated situation understandable—and helping people decide what to do next.
My career spans insurance, pensions and brokerage environments, where technology decisions have real consequences for the people running the business. I bring a practical mix of delivery leadership, enterprise Agile coaching and change management.
I ask questions that expose assumptions, bring the right people into decisions and follow through on the details. I’m comfortable moving between executive priorities, technical detail and operational realities—with room for humour when the situation permits.
Outside my delivery work, I write fiction and create travel content. Both draw on the same curiosity I bring to projects: understanding how a system works and making that understanding useful to someone else.
